Astrid Ottiger is a partner at Level Consulting AG and part of the Value Builders Group and co-managing director of Women-Up! GmbH.

As a partner she is responsible for the “Search and Selection” of experts in areas such as industry, medtech, public sector and energy.

Astrid brings a successful and long-term career with leadership experience in both operational and strategic HR-functions. The development and delivery of HR development concepts, her expert knowledge in digitalization projects in the field of human resources as well as their successful implementation both on national and international level are some of her key strengths. In addition, she owns a MAS in Change and Organizations Dynamics (systematic organizational development, team- and HR development), further education in Hotel Management, certifications as systemic Personal and Business Coach as well as a certification in adult education.
